Lindenderry at Red Hill

We had a fantastic time at the weekend at Lindenderry winery at Red Hill, the service was impeccable, we were looked after like royalty. We spent a lot of time walking around the gorgeous gardens, drinking the delectable wines, and just chilling in front of the fireplaces. We would recommend this amazing place to everyone! A young guy, (maybe Brad?) was so wonderful and attentive to us, he was fantastic!

Lindenderry has lots of potential - but missed the mark because it is 'tired'. We stayed in a Balcony Suite for 2 nights. The bedroom is spacious has a decor of modern dark grey tones and a lovely open fireplace. Unfortunately noise and voices from adjoining rooms is easily audible. The bathroom whilst clean was neither modern nor fresh, the formica vanity a relic from a previous era - as opposed to a welcome antique.

Beyond the room, the carpets throughout the hotel are worn and in some places threadbare, and the balcony and railing paintwork outside our room was also run down.

Was it a comfortable and clean hotel? Yes. Was the staff helpful and pleasant? Yes. Was it value for money? No. Would I recommend Lindenderry? Not until a significant update has been completed.
